Marubeni has participated in the Nagoya Prime Central Project, a large complex development project in the Meieki area of Nagoya. As a part of this project, the Brillia Tower NAGOYA GRAND-SUITE residence building (29 levels/132 units) and Nagoya Prime Central Tower office building (23 levels above ground) were completed in May 2009.
Office Development in Minato Mirai 21 Block 42

Marubeni has begun development of a large-scale office building with 26 floors (aboveground) and a total floor area of roughly 114,000 square meters. Construction is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2011. The building is being developed in Yokohama’s Minato Mirai district, an area that has quickly become the site of numerous offices and commercial facilities.
Lu Ming Garden Project (Shanghai, China)

In June 2009, construction was completed for Lu Ming Garden, a large-scale, 1,158-unit condominium complex in Shanghai, China. Additionally, starting from February 2010, the division has begun the development of a complex comprised of approx. 1,180 units of condominiums amounting to approx. 43,000 m2 in the Jiading area of Shanghai.
