Management Participation with Acecook Vietnam
Acecook Vietnam's instant noodle factory
The division has entered into a partnership with Acecook Co., Ltd, a Japanese enterprise, which has already established a sales network and brand spanning the entire rapidly growing Vietnamese market. This was done in order to partner with the management of Acecook Vietnam, which has a nearly 70% market share in the Vietnamese instant noodle market.

The division expanded their supply source by entering into a comprehensive partnership with AMMAGI, which has its own farm that plants non-GMO soybeans and its own direct channels through adjacent farmers in Brazil — a country with one of the largest farm belts in the world.
Comprehensive Partnership with MOLINO CANUELAS, One of Argentina's Largest Total Food Product Companies
Las Palmas Port managed by MOLINO CANUELAS
The division has made an agreement with MOLINO CAÑUELAS to enter into a strategic partnership aiming at further expansion of the supply sources in food resource-producing countries. MOLINO CAÑUELAS is one Argentina’s biggest independent grain suppliers, and the country has one of the world’s largest grain resources, having the advantage of a local grain silo network.
